Objectives of Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Package Program

Participants will learn how to implement the Six Sigma methodologies in their organization and through Six Sigma methodologies to improve the organization process to reduce cost, improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue of the company.

Upon completion of the program, AC&A will assist the graduates to apply for the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt granted by International Six Sigma Council (ISSC), which is a non-profit making organization with a vision to grant Six Sigma professional qualification internationally. AC&A is the Hong Kong Examination Center of ISSC.

*Module 3 is offered to those who have completed Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program or equivalent and exempted from Essential Statistics for Six Sigma.  Course fee is HK$14,500.

Course Fee

HK$21,000 (10% discount if enroll before 11 Aug for BB-11 or before 4 Nov for BB-12A or before 24 Dec for BB-12B)

(The Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate Program, i.e. Module 3, has been included in the list of reimbursable courses for CEF purposes.  Applicant can be reimbursed at maximum HK$10,000.)

  • ISSC Black Belt Written Examination Fee  
  • Two project document reviews to help student obtain the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt qualification

Award Certificate by AC&A

  1. "Certificate of Completion" for the graduates who have
    • completed the Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate Program
    • achieve a course-end assignment pass mark of 50% and
    • attendance rate of 75%
