- Your current and expected salary - application with no expected salary will not be considered
- For the post of Project Executive, a copy of your academic transcript and university entrance examination results (if applicable), or your academic results up to the last semester if you are in your final year of study. These do not need to be official copies.
The reviewing process normally takes 2-4 weeks; applications can expect to hear from us in a month's time.
Responsibilities of our Consultant/Assistant Consultant
- Process Improvement and Business Analysis - identify and solve complex business problems for the client and help to drive necessary resulting change through different quality methodologies including lean and six sigma
- Workshop facilitation - engage with key stakeholders of the client to facilitate workshops and provide support to these sessions to enable fact based conclusions to be drawn
- Presentation - consolidate the findings through in-house study with the client and develop business case with clear identification of issues, required actions and cost and benefits analysis
- Public Class Training - conduct public class training including basic statistics, belts training, and quality management related training
Requirements of Assistant Consultant:
- University Degree, Engineering or Quality or Statistics or Project Management or related field required
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ or ISSC preferred)
- Minimum 3 years process improvement, project management, and problem solving experience
- Sound knowledge on statistical tools and various quality management tools
- Good command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Minitab and JMP
- Good team work and sense of responsibility. Well organized, self-motivated and can work independently under pressure
- Presentable and Outgoing, preferably with training experience
- Native Cantonese with excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Applicant may need to attend a 2-hour written test before the interview
Requirements of Consultant:
- University Degree, Engineering or Quality or Statistics or Project Management or related field required
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt (ASQ or ISSC preferred) with knowledge of Lean methodologies
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Quality, Business Improvement or shop-floor improvement in service or manufacturing sectors
- Sound knowledge on statistical tools and various quality management tools
- Good command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Minitab and JMP
- Good team work and sense of responsibility. Well organized, self-motivated and can work independently under pressure
- Presentable and Outgoing, with training experience
- Willing to travel
- Native Cantonese with excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Applicant may need to attend a 3-hour written test before the interview
Requirement of Project Executive:
- Project Executive will support Assistant Consultant and Consultant in the in-house consultancy services as well as providng public class marketing and administration support
- Project Executive should have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university, majoring in Industrial Engineering or Quality Management or Statistics.
- At least one year business experience in Six Sigma or Quality Management or Project Management through previous part-time, summer or full-time work.
